We cover primarily Oxford, Franklin, Somerset, Androscoggin and Kennebec Counties in western Maine. See blue service area on map. But we will go out of our regular area on occasion, and we can also be based out of The Forks for surveying needs in that area.

Kachnovich Land Surveying is a family owned land surveying company with over 45 years of experience in the western Maine area.
Founded by James Kachnovich and now managed by his son Toby Kachnovich, we pride ourselves on delivering precise surveying services for residential, commercial, and municipal projects.
Our goal is to provide the public with quality, professional surveying services at a competitive rate, and complete the services in a timely manner. We have 1000's of survey maps on file within our office. We cover Androscoggin, Franklin, Kennebec, Oxford and Somerset Counties. However, we are willing to work anywhere in Maine.
